
You may run into this error when there is no Internet connection on your computer. Please check if you can visit website via the default browser. If your computer has the Internet connection, please restart the computer and try again later.
If this issue persists after you restart the computer, please ping-check app1.drivereasy.com and send the screenshot of the ping result to us via the Driver Easy feedback tool. Here is how to do it:
1) On your keyboard, press the Windows logo key and R at the same time to open the Run dialog. Type cmd and press Enter to open Command Prompt.

2) On your keyboard, type app1.drivereasy.com and press Enter.

3) Take a screenshot like the following for us.

4) Open Driver Easy and click the feedback button.

5) Click the Attachment button to upload the screenshot you took, then tick the box next to Export System Information for deep analysis and click Submit.
